By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of our services and the purchase of our products, including ready-to-wear and bespoke clothing.

The Website is owned and operated by Createlier Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, with registered office at Zeeta House, 200 Upper Richmond Road, Putney, London, United Kingdom, SW15 2SH and with unique company registration number 15240337.


1. Products & Services

We offer a curated range of luxury fashion products and services designed to meet the needs of discerning clients:

  • Ready-to-Wear Collection – A selection of high-quality garments, available in standard sizes, crafted from premium fabrics. Our ready-to-wear pieces are available both online and in-store, and may include seasonal collections, limited editions, and signature designs.
  • Bespoke & Custom-Made Garments – Personalised clothing tailored to each client’s unique measurements, style preferences, and requirements. This includes made-to-measure suits, dresses, formalwear, and other one-of-a-kind pieces. The bespoke process involves consultations, fittings, and handcrafted finishing to ensure a perfect fit and exceptional quality.
  • Alterations & Repairs – Professional adjustments and garment care services to extend the life and improve the fit of clothing, whether purchased from us or elsewhere (subject to assessment). While we strive to repair or correct garments to the highest possible standard, alterations are considered complete once they fulfil the garment’s functional and fit requirements. We cannot guarantee the exact same look or design as the original, and any significant changes are usually discussed and agreed with the client prior to proceeding.
  • Workshops & Private Appointments – Creative and educational experiences, including sewing classes, design consultations, and private styling sessions, available by appointment.

All products and services are provided in accordance with our quality standards and subject to availability. Bespoke and custom-made orders are non-refundable once production has commenced, as they are made specifically for each client.

 


2. Colours and Imagery

While we aim for complete accuracy in product descriptions and imagery, minor variations (especially in colour and sizing) may occur due to screen differences or handmade processes.

We strive to present the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors and screen settings, we cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your device will perfectly match the actual product.


3. Ordering Process, Order Acceptance & Cancellation

All online orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline or cancel any order prior to dispatch for any reason and without obligation to disclose the reason. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Payment or fraud concerns
  • Pricing errors
  • Orders that do not comply with our terms and conditions

If your order is declined or cancelled, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any payment you have made.

  • Once an order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are bound to fulfil it in accordance with our shipping and returns policies.

 

For Made-to-Measure and Bespoke garments, we will contact you to arrange an appointment for measurements and design confirmation. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline any Made-to-Measure or Bespoke order prior to formal agreement, for any reason and without obligation to disclose the reason. This may include, but is not limited to, requests that fall outside our production capacity or technical capabilities.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.


4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where and if applicable.
  • Payments are accepted via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, and other methods shown at checkout.
  • For Made-to-Measure and Bespoke items, full payment must be received before production begins.
  • For international orders, you can pay in your local currency by selecting your delivery destination during checkout. Currency conversion rates are applied automatically based on your selection. Where applicable, local taxes, import duties, and customs fees are automatically calculated and added to the total price at checkout.

5. Cancellation & Returns Policy

Ready-to-Wear Clothing

You have the right to return or cancel your order within 14 days of receipt in accordance with UK Consumer Contract Regulations.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Bespoke/Custom Orders

Bespoke and made-to-measure items are non-refundable, except where there is a proven manufacturing fault or error on our part.

  • Made to Measure & Bespoke orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • If a custom item is found to be faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery/collection for review and potential replacement or repair solution. 

 

 

6. Faulty Items

An item is considered faulty if it arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within a reasonable period after purchase, provided it has not been subjected to obvious misuse or excessive wear.

Please note that damage caused by normal wear and tear, or by improper cleaning methods not recommended on the care label, does not qualify as a fault.

Where feasible, we will offer to repair faulty products. If you prefer an exchange, we can only replace the item with the same product and size, subject to availability.

 


 

7. Wear & Misuse Disclaimer

Our products are crafted with care and intended for regular use, but please note that we do not accept returns or claims for faults that arise due to natural wear and tear or misuse.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Damage caused by regular wear over time
  • Fading, stretching, or fabric breakdown due to overuse
  • Snags, stains, or tears resulting from improper handling or external factors
  • Damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, or storage practices that do not follow the care instructions provided

Returns or claims for such issues will not be approved, as they fall outside of what is considered a manufacturing fault.


 

8. Shipping Policy

We currently offer complimentary shipping within the UK and to selected international destinations. As a small business, we currently ship only to a select number of countries while we continue to grow and expand our shipping capabilities.

 

Delivery Times for online orders

  • UK Standard: 3–5 working days
  • International (EU): 5–10 working days (subject to customs clearance)
  • International (US, Canada, Oceania): 10–18 working days (subject to customs clearance)

 


9. Made-to-Order & Bespoke Timelines & Delivery Conditions

Please note that while we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, we reserve the right to extend these timeframes when necessary. Time shall not be considered of the essence in relation to delivery, and in some cases, your order may be ready or arrive later than anticipated.

Delays can occur due to a variety of factors beyond our control, including but not limited to logistics disruptions, customs clearance, local bank holidays, or high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such instances.

We highly recommend allowing sufficient time before booking, especially for specific garments, as each piece varies in technicality and complexity. Turnaround times are calculated and scheduled in close consultation with each client and tailored to the unique requirements of each order.

At this time, we do not ship Made-to-Measure garments outside the United Kingdom unless agreed upon prior to placing the order, as these require in-studio fittings.

Bespoke garments can only be collected in person or delivered within London via a special local courier service, which will incur an additional charge.

 

Made to Measure garments

  • Turnaround for Made to Measure clothing varies but is typically 4-6 weeks. You will receive an estimated timeline at time of order.

Bespoke Garments

  • Turnaround for bespoke clothing varies but is typically 6-12 weeks. You will receive an estimated timeline at time of order.
  • We offer an express service option with an estimated turnaround time of approximately 4–6 weeks, subject to availability. Please note that our bespoke service should never compromise on quality, and in some cases, additional time may be required to ensure the highest standards are met.
