Thank you for shopping with NIKOLO BERTOK. Below you will find detailed information about our shipping practices, delivery destinations, and return terms.
All orders are delivered via DHL.
We offer complimentary shipping on:
- UK (domestic) orders over £150.00 GBP
- US (international) orders over $250.00 USD
- Canada (international) orders over $300.00 CAD
- EU (international) orders over € 195.00 EUR
- Australia/New Zealand (international) orders over $350.00 AUD / $375.00 NZD
- For all international orders: duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes are now included in the final price at the checkout.
As a small business, we are unable to offer complimentary return shipping. The cost of return shipping is the full responsibility of the customer - please see below section 4. Returns & Return Shipping what is the cost for a return shipping.
Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to make changes once the order has been dispatched.
Note that your billing address must match the address associated with your credit card.
Before we can dispatch your order, we may need to verify your details with your card issuer. We aim to minimise any delays and appreciate your understanding.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the relevant details.
All items are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a 100% recyclable, discreet box with no indication of the contents.
Please note that gift packaging is not available, and we do not offer it for purchase.

All orders within the UK are shipped via tracked DHL courier services.

We currently ship to selected EU countries using tracked DHL courier services. Please note that, depending on your location, DHL may work with local delivery partners to complete the shipment.

- For international orders: we are pleased that duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes are now included in the final price at the checkout. This also applies to any international orders.
Shipping charges for returns:
For both UK and international returns, the cost of return postage will be charged at the same standard rate as our shipping services and will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Currently, these charges are as follows:

Domestic (UK) Returns: £9.90 GBP
Please note that if you paid for the original shipping, this cost will be fully refunded. Therefore, if you decide to return your product, only the return postage fee of £9.90 will be deducted, meaning you effectively pay for just one shipping service. -
International Returns:
For international customers, the original postage (if paid) is non-refundable. A return fee in the amount of shipping costs will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping service.
2. Countries Not Listed at Checkout
If your country is not selectable at checkout, we currently do not offer shipping to that location. However, we may expand our delivery coverage in the future. Please check back periodically for updates.
3. General Shipping Information

All shipments are sent using tracked courier services. Please note that this is not a named delivery service—anyone at the shipping address may sign or accept for the package. We are not responsible for lost or missing items that are signed for at shared addresses, such as office buildings. If no one is available to receive the shipment, the courier will attempt delivery or leave the card. If the package remains undelivered after five days with no contact, it will be returned to our warehouse.

We do not deliver to PO boxes or postal code-only addresses.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local holidays.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and dispatched from our warehouse. During sale periods, processing times may extend by an additional 24 hours. Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Delivery estimates are based on the dispatch date, not the order date. In some remote areas, delivery options may be limited. While we do our best to ship orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by remote locations or adverse weather conditions.
4. Returns & Return Shipping
We hope you’re delighted with your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you have up to 14 days to initiate a return. Once we have received your request, you will have a further 14 days to send the items back. To initiate a return, please use your self-serve return account link, which allows you to manage and track your return conveniently.
For both domestic (UK) and international returns, we charge the cost of return postage. A prepaid return label will be provided for your convenience, and the postage cost—calculated according to the country from which the return is shipped—will be deducted from your refund. We will confirm the applicable cost with you when your return is initiated, and we will handle all shipping arrangements on your behalf to ensure a smooth and effortless return experience.
Refunds will be issued promptly, within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.
- For UK (domestic) orders, the original shipping cost and any applicable taxes will be fully refunded once the return has been received and all return and refund terms and conditions have been met.
- For international orders, please note that the original shipping cost, any duties, customs fees, or local taxes paid on the original shipment will not be refunded. You may be able to reclaim duties or taxes by contacting your local customs office directly.
If you wish to return an item, please ensure the following:
- Items returned to us in a damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unsellable condition may not be accepted. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back to you at your expense.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all NIKOLO BERTOK tags attached and in their original packaging, unworn and unused, within our designated return period.

To ensure your return reaches us safely, we recommend using our prepaid return label, which provides a trusted, tracked courier service with adequate insurance. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit if this service is not used.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Custom, personalised, or made-to-order, made-to-measure and bespoke garments
- Altered or used items
- Gift cards or vouchers
Exchanges:
Currently, we do not offer a direct exchange service. However, we are able to provide store credit or a digital gift card once we receive the returned item in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in our policy. You may then use your store credit or gift card to purchase a new piece of your choice.
